This page is all about the man himself, how it began and how its still going.
Cliff was born as Harry Rodger Webb in Lucknow, India on October 14th 1940.
Cliff signed his first record deal in 1958 and hasn't looked back since. His first song was 'Move It'....the first of many!.
Through the sixties and seventies Cliff starred in many films. The most famous being The Young Ones and Summer Holiday
In the eighties Cliff was given an OBE .Cliff also did a great concert called 'The Event' at Wembley Stadium. It wasn't just Cliff but a lot of the stuff from the years gone by and included Oh Boy, the TV show which launched Cliff. The Dallas Boys and Vernons Girls also appeared with Cliff at Wembley for the Oh Boy section of the concert. The Searchers and Everley Brothers also appeared, among others. The Stadium was packed to capacity on both nights and The Event was later released on video.. My only claim to fame is that I am actually on that video!!!

The Nineties gave us Heathcliff which was something Cliff has always wanted to do.
In 1995 Cliff was made a Sir. He couldn't believe that it was going to happen to him and thought the Queen had made a mistake!
Cliff decided to have the year 2000 away from concerts and fans. He spent his 60th birthday on a cruise with family and friends.
This year(2001) we have some concerts at the Royal Albert Hall to look forward to and as you can imagine the concerts are mostly sold out mainly because we have had to wait a whole year for him!!. (Check out my 'Whats New' page for concert details)
